Casa Canela's Dine-In Fundraiser program is one of the simplest and most enjoyable ways to raise money for your organization. Instead of asking your community to buy something they may not need, you're inviting them to enjoy a delicious Mexican-American meal — and we take care of the rest.
On your scheduled fundraiser day, every guest who mentions your organization to their server will have their receipt stamped. At the end of the day, Casa Canela tallies all qualifying sales and writes a check for 30% of the total directly to your organization. No inventory. No upfront costs. Just great food and community spirit.

Four easy steps to a successful dine-in fundraiser
Contact Alejandra or Gerardo to book your fundraiser date (Monday–Thursday, at least 2 weeks in advance, not on holidays)
Spread the word to your community — share flyers, social media posts, and emails inviting everyone to dine at Casa Canela on your day
Guests dine at either Casa Canela location, tell their server they're with your fundraiser, and their receipt gets stamped. Encourage guests to snap a photo and share it with you!
After your fundraiser day, Casa Canela tallies all stamped receipts and writes a check for 30% of qualifying sales directly to your organization

Let the manager know you'd like to schedule a Dine-In Fundraiser, your organization's name, your preferred date (Monday–Thursday, at least 2 weeks out, not on a holiday), and which location you'd like to use. They'll confirm availability and get you set up!
